Tandem Coast Community Management partners with your association to allow your easy access in making your HOA assessment payments. Please check out the options available below.
ATTENTION ORANGEWOOD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS: All Payments are to be given to your property manager at the monthly payment pick up days. Please view the associations calendar on your AppFolio portal for the specified dates. If you do no live in the Long Beach Area please mail your payments to:

Online payment can be made by logging directly into the Banc of CA (formally, Pacific Western Bank) Online Portal your communities banking partner.
The payment platform offers you a choice of convenient options to pay dues and assessments online, including:
