Tandem Coast Community Management partners with your association to allow your easy access in making your HOA assessment payments. Please check out the options available below.

All Payments are to be made payable to Tandem Coast Community Management. Payment can be mailed to the below payment processing address located on the right or online by clicking the links below on the left.

Mail in Payments

Payments can be mailed into the below payment processing address. This address is for payments only, no correspondence.

Directions:

1. The "Payment Coupon" at the bottom of your statement must be mailed with your check.

2. Please make all payments payable to

Your Community Association's Name, (except Orangewood Village HOA).

Online Payments

Online payment can be made by logging directly into the Banc of CA (formally, Pacific Western Bank) Online Portal your communities banking partner.

The payment platform offers you a choice of convenient options to pay dues and assessments online, including:

• E-check (No Fee) 

• Credit Card* (2.95% fee)​

*Please note the login for the payment center by Banc of CA will request an HO Account# or Unit# to make an online payment. 
This number is listed on your Appfolio Community Portal as Lockbox ID. Please include the letters and numbers as written, including caps.
