We understand that owning a unit within a Homeowners Association can bring up many questions. Our goal is to make things simple, clear, and easy to navigate.

How do I make a payment?
Assessment payments can be submitted by mail or online.
To pay online:

Click on "Homeowner Services" at the top of this page.

Then select "Pay HOA Dues" from the top toolbar for full payment details.

Why do I have an interest charge?
All assessment payments are due on the 1st of each month.
If a balance remains unpaid for 30 days, it becomes subject to interest charges, which are applied on the 1st day of the following month.
Please ensure timely payment to avoid additional fees.
My Payment isn't showing on my account.
Delays in applying payments to your account may occur depending on when your payment was mailed or submitted online. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays can impact processing times.
To avoid delays:

Ensure your payment is sent to the correct processing center.

The mailing address can be found at the bottom of your statement in the coupon section, or on our website under the "Pay HOA Dues" page.

Why do I have a late fee?
Assessment payments are due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is provided until the 15th, but please note that late fees are automatically applied at 12:00 AM on the 16th.
If the 15th falls on a weekend, we recommend submitting your payment online or by mail no later than the 5th to ensure it is processed or received by the 10th. This helps avoid any delays that could result in late fees.

How do I order a replacement or extra garage/gate remote?
The most budget-friendly option is to order a 10-key dip switch remote from Amazon.
Once received, you can program the switch settings to match the entry location you need access to.
If you need the numerical code for programming, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide it.
How can I get the associations insurance certificate, meeting minutes and other important documents?

When is my associations board meeting?

How do I let you know something is broken in the community?
It’s important that we’re informed of anything that’s broken or malfunctioning so we can quickly send the appropriate vendor to resolve the issue.
