Board Member Reimbursements 

We understand the importance of getting reimbursed for purchases that board members may have made on behalf of their communities. If you are a Board Member and have purchased something for your association and require a reimbursement, please fill out the below form. Also attach images of your receipt(s) and we will process your reimbursement for payment. All reimbursements will be sent to your Board of Directors for approval through the AppFolio Portal. After approval is received, Tandem Coast Community Management will mail you a reimbursement check on behalf of your association. If you have questions please contact us by filling out a "Contact Us" form here on our website and we will get back to you with answers.
